Running in circles just to get your 10,000 steps in for the day? Well, the City of Lebanon is reimagining the idea of health and wellness with a new community initiative, Together We Thrive.   

Overview
Together We Thrive is about creating a vibrant community through all aspects of healthy living. This includes physical activity, mental health, nutrition, stress management, importance of sleep routines and more. The City has partnered with local health and wellness businesses and experts to provide information, resources and events throughout the spring and summer for all in the community to enjoy.
Healthy Living MarketThe Healthy Living Market is your one stop shop for nutritious food and beverages, wellness information, sidewalk sales, fun games and free fitness classes! Information about the 2022 event will be available soon!

Lebanon Parks Wellness ChallengeLebanon Parks is challenging you to get outside and enjoy nature with the Lebanon Parks Wellness Challenge, where you’ll explore Lebanon’s 17 unique parks that cover over 600 acres. The Lebanon Parks Wellness Challenge includes activities that are fun for all ages, ranging from having a picnic in a Lebanon Park to hiking or biking a 3.6 mile section of the Lebanon Countryside Trail. Complete the challenges and win prizes (prize options for all ages). The Lebanon Parks Wellness Challenge runs from April 1 – August 20, just in time for the Healthy Living Market!
