City Resumes Normal Operating Hours Beginning May 4, 2020

We appreciate everyone’s patience during these challenging times.  The City Building will begin opening up on Monday, May 4, 2020.  Use of our online services (utility payments, tax documents, permits, etc.), and the drop box located outside of the City Building, is still strongly encouraged during this process for everyone’s safety.  Utility disconnects and late payment penalties continue to be temporarily suspended for the month of May, but all individuals and businesses who are behind in their utility bills must contact the service department at 933-7201 or via email at to arrange for a payment extension agreement to avoid being on a future utility disconnect list.  As a reminder, the tax filing deadline has been extended to July 15, 2020.

Several significant Community events have been cancelled due to the Coronavirus and stay at home order, including the Memorial Day Parade and the Country Music Festival.  We will continue to provide updates on any future event cancellations.  As the State begins allowing non-essential businesses to open, they have issued occupancy limits on these businesses.  If you are a business owner and have questions about what our building occupancy limit is please contact the Fire Department at 513-316-0170.

Please do not hesitate to contact the City if you need assistance or have questions.  Thank you.
