About the Records Section
The Records Section inputs all records into the records management system, answers requests for public records, and maintains all records of the Police Division.

The Records Section is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Records Request
Records may be requested by mail, email, or walk-in. To expedite your request, complete the Records Request form to mail, email, or bring to the police station. There may be a fee for some forms based upon the type and quantity.

Accident Report Search
Accident reports may be searched online from the Online Accident Report Search page.

Evidence & Property
The Lebanon Division of Police tries to photograph and return evidentiary and recovered property whenever possible. However, sometimes the property must be held until the criminal case is disposed. To obtain any property from the Police Division, contact the property room officer at (513) 932-2010 or contact Sgt. Gehringer.

Lost & Found
The Lebanon Division of Police recovers numerous items yearly that are lost and never recovered by their owner. Should you lose a piece of property, contact the Police Division to see if has been recovered. Contact the property room officer at (513) 932-2010 or contact Sgt Gehringer.
