Course Description
The race will begin at the Bike Park Shelter. Runners will run a clockwise loop on the gravel Perimeter Trail, then enter the original Mountain Bike Trails, following clockwise out to Lebanon Road and back to the Jumpline Start Hill.  Runners will transition to their bikes and enter the new Mountain Bike Trails, complete two counter-clockwise loops, then a clockwise loop on the Cyclocross course and back to the Jumpline Start Hill. Riders will then transition back to running the same trail loop ran previously. The finish will be at the Bike Park Shelter. The trail run has 150 feet elevation gain, with smooth surfaces and one creek crossing. The mountain bike portion is more technical with over 700 feet elevation gain with a downhill flow section to start the course. Riders should be comfortable with intermediate difficulty trail riding.
