Trick-or-Treat Guidelines
Lebanon Trick-or-Treat is Scheduled for October 31 Each Year, Rain or Shine
The City of Lebanon's Trick-or-Treat activities are scheduled for October 31 each year, rain or shine.  The hours are 5:30 - 7:30 p.m.

Parents are asked to monitor the weather and plan accordingly to have a fun and safe trick-or-treat evening.  Safety is the City of Lebanon's primary concern, and we ask all residents who particpate in this event to use their best judgement in planning their activities.

Here are some other helpful guidelines to make trick-or-treat fun and safe:
  • Go only to well-lit homes.
  • Travel in small groups and be accompanied by an adult.
  • Bring treats home before eating so they can be inspected.
  • Use a flashlight, stay on sidewalks and avoid crossing through yards.
  • Cross streets at the corner, use crosswalks where available, and do not cross between parked cars.
  • Wear clothing that is bright, reflective, and flame retardant.
  • Avoid wearing long, baggy costumes to prevent tripping, and consider wearing face paint, instead of masks.
