About the Records Section
The Records Section inputs all records into the records management system, answers requests for public records, and maintains all records of the Police Division.
The Records Section is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Records may be requested by mail, email, or walk-in. To expedite your request, complete the
Records Request form
to mail, email, or bring to the police station. There may be a fee for some forms based upon the type and quantity.

Evidence & Property
The Lebanon Division of Police tries to photograph and return evidentiary and recovered property whenever possible. However, sometimes the property must be held until the criminal case is disposed.
