About the Board of Zoning Appeals
The Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) is a three-member administrative board appointed by the City Council for a four-year term. The board functions in a quasi-judicial capaCity in reviewing and deciding upon appeal requests specific to the Lebanon Zoning Code. A public hearing is required for a majority of the requests before the BZA. The BZA's review authority is subject to criteria as provided in the Lebanon Zoning Code.
