The Service Department effectively links the citizens of Lebanon with the City’s utility systems and services in order to provide consistent, customer-focused support.

The Service Department is responsible for setting up City utility accounts, meter reading, utility fee billing, utility collections, and directing citizen inquiries to the appropriate department.
