Our Mission is -
"to Leverage Technology to Enhance the Human Dimension!"

The Information Technology (IT) Department provides planning, design, implementation, and support of all computer systems and technology needs for the City of Lebanon and it's employees. The IT Department is responsible for the design and implementation of the City's new modern computer network, including deployment of Thin-Client (TC) terminals to city employees, and a centralized server farm, saving thousands of dollars in capital and decreasing the need for onsite support. The IT Department is implementing new network applications to assist city services to better serve the needs of our citizens.

Key Goals and Objectives:
Develop and maintain an integrated, modern information technology plan, that is agile enough to change as both the mission and the organization evolves to enhance service delivery and efficiency to the citizens of Lebanon.
