The Clerk's office is open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Monday through Friday, and when court is in session.

Traffic court and other arraignments are held on
Mondays at 2:00 p.m. and Thursdays at 2:00 p.m.

Please note that the staff of the Clerk's office does not give legal advice. They can only advise you on court procedures. If you have a question as to how to proceed with any legal matter, please consult an attorney.

Public Defender
If you wish to request the services of a public defender, you must make that request to the judge, in court, during your initial arraignment. You will be asked to file a sworn affidavit (provided by the court) regarding your financial status.
